The following outlines the services that will be provided by Cohill.Com Consultants.

Section: I - Free Startup Page ( Is provided just to get you started and provides only a little sample of the Internet Services provided) 

q Design and develop of a "sample" page  without FTP to Web Site  for personal use (1-page maximum.)

q Recommendation on Internet Accounts and E-mail account(s).  Cohill is currently working with several Internet service providers (ISP): VTI or CC Inc. in which customer can check e-mail that is generated through Web Site via the Internet.


Additional Services

q 1/2 hour (max.) will be done on this free web page. Additional Web Site Pages, including any/all artwork, design, and page development. See Section 2 for a more complete services. Any Items above or over 1/2 hour will be invoices at $50.00 per hour.

q No Maintenance, Web Hosting or Domain Registration, will be supported under the free web page by which Cohill.Com Consultants.  See Section 2 - Basic and Premium Services for Maintenance, Web Hosting or Domain Registration. Any of these services will be provided and  invoiced at $50.00 per hour.

 



Section: 2 - Basic and Premium Services - Click here to see the Price List and cost estimates 

q Design and develop Internet Web Site for customer’s business or personal use (6-page maximum.)

q List Web Site(s) with 35 Internet search engines.
q Setup E-mail account(s) provided by VTI.net in which customer can check e-mail that is generated through Web Site via the Internet.



Additional Premium Services

q Additional Web Site Pages, including any/all artwork, design, and page development.
Items above will be invoices at $50.00 per hour.

q Maintenance Agreement by which Cohill.Com Consultants would provide:

Ø Page Updates – including new products, services, personnel, company updates or technical advancements.

Ø Additions/Deletions – including graphics changes, image revisions or link updates.

Ø Reporting - including customer counts/hits or any other items that need to be reported.

Ø Periodic testing of site - including link verification.

Items above will be invoiced at $50.00 per hour.


q Extended Web Hosting by which Cohill.Com Consultants would provide:

Ø Customer Site Storage – storage of all HTML documents and related images. 

Additional $50.00 per month charge applies.  See Web hosting agreement.


q Domain Registration by which Cohill.Com Consultants would provide:

Ø Setup domain account for customer with InterNic registration. 

One time $50.00 fee applies.

Ø Domain name registration with InterNic. 

$100.00 to be paid to InterNic for a term of two years. $50.00 annual renewal fee.

Section IV - Customer Requirements

The following outlines requirements by:

Information that is currently being used to promote the business, such as company brochures, business cards, or any type of advertisement, including images and artwork, to be supplied within a 2 week period.



Section V – Service Costs

The following outlines the associated costs for Web Site Development done by Cohill.Com Consultants:


$100.00 to be paid to InterNic for a term of two years. $50.00 annual renewal fee.



Section VI - Billing

Customer will be invoiced upon completion of any work. A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is due at the time of consultation.

Monthly maintenance agreement will be invoiced at the completion of web site.

Extended Web Hosting will be invoiced on a monthly basis upon completion of web site.

Net term for all services is 30 days.

Payment accepted in the form of personal or business check, or money order only. No credit cards please.

Section VI - Penalties

If payment is not received in full within the stated time frame, the web site will be removed from Cohill.Com Consultants' web site. A $50.00 charge will be applied to have the site put back up. This fee will be paid prior to the site being put back up.

If the customer provided information, artwork/logos, etc. are not received within the 2 week stated time frame, any work currently under construction will be removed. A $50.00 charge will be applied to have the site put back up for review. This fee will be paid prior to the site being put back up.
