Students registered
for Honors English are required to read the work listed and one novel
from the suggested list prior to beginning their English class. Students
enrolled in the GT/AP program must read the two required works and
one from the suggested list. Standard English students should read
one book from the suggested list. Honors and GT/AP students will
be tested on their pre-course reading in their English classes; Standard
English students will receive extra credit upon completing an assessment
on their book.
