Maintenance Agreement

Section I – Web Site Hosting/Storage

The following section is an agreement between the parties listed below for all files associated with the web site named:

• Standard web hosting: www.yourname.com
  -  $50/month & 35 one time setup fee ($40/month if paid annually & no setup fee)
  -  20 megabytes of web space ($2 for each additional megabyte)
  -  3 Email allies yourname@yourname.com ( $3/month for each additional allies)
  -  1 gigabyte of bandwidth transfer per month
• Deluxe web hosting package: www.yourname.com
  -  $60/month & 35 one time setup fee. ($45/month if paid annually & no setup fee)
  -  40 megabytes of web space ($2 for each additional megabyte)
  -  5 Email allies yourname@yourname.com ($3/month for each additional allies)
  -  3 gigabytes of bandwidth transfer per month

All associated files including images, software downloads, HTML documents, and email address will be located on the file server at CC, Inc., 6121 Parkway Drive, Baltimore, Maryland 21212.

Submission of this agreement contract to Cohill.Com Consultants indicates acceptance of the terms presented herein.

Net term for web site hosting will be billed on a quarterly basis. Payment accepted in the form of personal or business check, or money order only.

Section II – Maintenance of Web Site

The following section is an agreement between the parties listed for all files associated with the web site named:

Cohill.Com Consultants will provide:

• Page Updates – including new products, services, personnel, company updates or technical advancements.
• Additions/Deletions – including graphics changes, image revisions or link updates.
• Monthly Reporting - including customer counts/hits.
• Monthly testing of site - including link verification.

Items above will be invoiced at $50.00 per hour.

Net term for maintenance services is 30 days. Payment accepted in the form of personal or business check, or money order only.
